translating gui

Hello, everyone.
Just was wondering if support of languages other then english being
planned in asterisk gui.
Until now I've been doing it by maintaining a perl script that would
change files directly in static-http/config folder after installation.
However its getting more and more difficult to support it. I'm wondering
if developers are  planning the translations in future. And if so, which
way they will go to do it.
