[asterisk-embedded] Asterisk Appliance Bug Tracker

Ok, I can do that, I am more than willing to help fix some of the things
I find so it'd be nice to have a place to upload patches for those that
are related to the build process or the install process, or anything
else that isn't related to the GUI.
