[asterisk-doc] Asterisk Documentation in CHM Format

Hello all,
please i'm looking for a free (or open source) Asterisk Book in a ".CHM" 
(Compiled HTML) format
i'm looking for that for easy screen navigation (bicose i'lm using a 
screen reader to access my PC
PDF Books is not ready for me bicose my screen reader is not compatible 
with allmost used PDF Readers (Adobe Reader, Sumatra PDF or Other PDF 
Reader)
but my screen rzeader is fully compatible with HTML Documents
please any help ?
