ZAPTEL.CONF SETTINGS FOR E-1 CONNECTION

span=1,0,0,ccs,hdb3
bchan=1-15,17-31
dchan=16

The settings are similar to those for T-1. ccs signaling is 
Common Channel Signaling and hdb3 is High Density Bipolar 
Three coding.
