[Asterisk-doc] Anyone willing to commit to taking over a chapter?

Currently i'm concentrating on the ISDN stuff (as you might have noticed.).

Also i'm picking up on Olle's stuff on SIP and NAT'ting and putting it together
in a format that can be used in a book. 

I could take care of the building additional modules chapter (Appendix I) beyond
that, if nobody has anything against it.
