[Asterisk-doc] docs introduction.xml,1.10,1.11

Personal opinion here, but I think it is probably bad taste to only
mention one particular hardphone here in the introduction. We ought to
either say something like "Popular models include the blah, blah, and
blah" or not mention anything specific at all...
