I agree with Jared that a "How do I connect to VoIP Providers" chapter is important. However,
that's something very different than a listing.

* How do I connect to an IAX provider?
* How do I connect to a H.323 provider?
* How do I connect to a SIP provider?

Special cases
* Connecting from inside a NAT
* Connecting from the dark side of the moon
* Connecting without reading any documentation
etc etc ;-)

We could have some examples in there, like FWD, VoicePulse and others that are on the FAQ list.
