[Asterisk-doc] Request for documentation

OK, my queue of documents is pretty much exhausted now, so I'm
requesting to anyone who is currently writing or thinking of writing
some documentation to please submit it to the list.  It will be reviewed
then converted to DocBook (if needed) then added to the CVS and commited
to the docs.  If you write a section, your name will be added to the
authors page.

(*note to jsmith:  is this how we are doing this?  We should clear this
up :))
