[Asterisk-doc] "Show application"

I think we need to create a longterm solution to keeping the "show application" texts and
a reference guide in sync. I'm now working on updating the CVS version to actually document
what I find in source and keep the Wiki in sync. It takes time and effort.

If we could mimic perldoc or something, so we could add docs in the C sources and extract it
both to the CLI on-line docs and documentation, we would really help ourselves quite a LOT and
be able to generate reference guides.

Any ideas?
