For app_queue? There wasn't any code changes, just re-configuring your <br>
queues from multi to a single.<br>

Another thing I forgot to mention, is if you are playing queue prompts, <br>
this will also mess up your matching process. If a prompt is playing to <br>
the caller, asterisk will not interrupt to audio stream to connect the <br>
caller to agent. So, it is possible for a caller to hit every audio <br>
prompt and never an agent, depending on how often you play them. We <br>
bumped them to once ever 60 seconds.<br>
