With version 1.6.2.12-rc1 I am getting reports that voice prompts are some times stopping.<br />
Example 1 a caller calls in and hits the IVR the prompt stops a few seconds in. The call stays up but the audio quits.<br />
Example 2 a caller calls in and gets routed to voice mail the greating stops mid stream. The call stays up but no addtional prompts are heard.<br />
<br />
Any ideas. version 1.6.2.11 has not presented with this.<br />
