It would be fairly inappropriate for them to change the volume.<br><br>What you may need to do is use a program called normalize to bring the<br>volume of your mp3s up to the volume you are expecting, and then put<br>your modified files in the asterisk sounds dir. This will benefit from<br>only modifying the volume once, and not on every playback.
