I'd like to see some options added to ChanSpy():<br>

1. Hang up the spying channel whenever the spied-on channel hangs up,<br>
rather than searching for another channel to spy on. This option could<br>

2. Whisper to the party the spied-on channel is bridged with, rather<br>
than the spied-on channel.<br>

3. Whisper to both parties, in effect making a conference.<br>

Would anyone be interesting in implementing these? I'd be willing to<br>
offer a bounty of USD 200 if #1 and #2 could be merged into Asterisk<br>
1.4. #3 is nice to have but less important.<br>
