Hello

The 'Hangup' application allows a numeric hangup-cause to be specified.
Is there any specific reason that the corresponding manager action does
not support this? (I've checked the head of 1.4, 1.6.2 & trunk). Just
wanted to check before I open a bug report (with patch).
