<div>Is there a remote possibility of this happening:</div>
<div>What if chan_sip 200 ok response was sent and billing was activated expecting</div>
<div>that ack will be received near future (if 200 ok did not go through we will not receive an ack).</div>
<div>After some time the session will be torn down and there will be an extra call billed which did not take place.</div>
