code, but you must also distribute (or make available) the source code,
including your modifications, with the copy you sell. If that is not
acceptable, you must agree to commercial terms with Digium, which holds a
separate, commercial license for Asterisk (non-GPL).</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

any, modifications. I've not implemented that so you may want to
get some help once you get started. There is a billing log that would
probably give you all of that information.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

E1 and VoIP and can give billing logs in all these cases. In
general, the call will have to go through Asterisk in order to capture those
details. Asterisk is not a separate reporting package that can be built
onto an existing PBX platform, therefore, it will either need to front or
replace your existing PBX in order to provide the call detail you
want.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=813191112-17082004>I have some

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=813191112-17082004>1. We would
like to download & modify Asterisk's sources & distribute the
binaries. Is there any constraint on commercial use of Asterisk. Where
can I get more information?</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=813191112-17082004>2. Our
requirement is to get Call details(CallerID, Call duration, Wait time, date
& time of call etc) of each incoming call. This application should
be deployed in an environment, where there is a PBX & CTI
application running already. There could be around 500 simultaneous
incoming calls, for which the above data has to be captured. Can we
plugin Asterisk, to get the information we need?</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=813191112-17082004>3. If
Asterisk can be used in such an environment, can you give us more details what
hardware is needed for such use?</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=813191112-17082004>4. Are
there any succesful commercial deployments of Asterisk for such a
usage?</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
