Hi I'm offering 500 usd/eur for a patch of Asterisk's AMD (Answering Machine Detection) app
which would allow for a new parameter: 'filename'
which would play an audio file *during* the usual processing of AMD's human/machine.

(the audio file would be some recorded office noises)

This is to avoid having the called party to be left in silence during the ~3 seconds taken by the AMD
which is required by law in some countries.

The patch must work on Asterisk 16.
