[asterisk-dev] Use count

[Killian Matter]

It an app with 2 dialplan function, one to setup a filter another one to
unset it with the H extension, even after a call ended the use count is
still not at 0, I read there is something with references so it means there
are still references of the functions calls somewhere, this is why the use
count isn't at 0 ?
