That statement is the error you're having. The config is appropriate for
an extension that should not be authenticated. This isn't so much an
asterisk issue as a user issue.

You can either comment out the entire extension, or you could probably
write a script in your favorite scripting language that checks that all
endpoints have passwords or makes an alert.
