response is. I'm not going to outright say we're moving to Matrix at this
point, or that it would happen this year. Other contributors I've talked to
so far either don't care or are fine with IRC.

instead and while IRC does still exist it's not as active as Discourse. I'd
want to engage with them separately to see if they'd want to move but so
far no one has brought up doing so there.
