Is there a reason you can't use git for it? Everything should be in there as it was a conversion from subversion and it's available on github for viewing[1]. Otherwise I don't think we really have the old SVN accessible for such a thing. The origsvn server still exists and is usable for some, as it hosts other things and is used for some processes.
