[asterisk-dev] Voice Messaging Platform

Hassan,

His response isn’t insulting, its just direct and to the point. Mr Carnegie would appreciate his thriftiness.

I guess James is just a little surprised that you are asking for something that requires no further development and is wondering if you are serious about this project as you don’t seem to have done even the most basic research. But if you want to write a check for $50k for the initial deposit, happy to help educate you on what Asterisk can do.

Possibly a better way to answer the question is, Yes Asterisk can do everything listed on the Comsys page, there is nothing that needs to be customized to deliver this solution. How many users would you like to market too and how much will you pay me per month to build you a system delivering these functions.

Or
if you would like to buy this outright rather than pay per user/per month an indicative project build cost is $250k which is comprised of
$180k – comprised of 3 engineers at $10k per engineer pm for 6 months build+handover
$30k – comprised of $5k pm for 4 servers for 6 months build + handover (with an additional server required for every 1k simultaneous users or 50k accounts)
$10k – initial scope time
$10k – UI design
$10k – QA
$10k – training your engineers for handover

20% required upfront, with monthly progress payments of 10% pm, with final payment of 20% required at handover.

Cheers,
Dean

It seems you are not looking for "Asterisk Development" but someone
who will build out a platform using asterisk. You may have better
luck on the asterisk-business or asterisk-users list. Again you will
want to spec out what exactly you want and what you are willing to pay
for it. Currently this reads as, someone remake facebook for me and I
will pay you some random amount of money.
