By the way, there are four orphans in

ChangeLog-11.16.0, README-11.16.0, ChangeLog-13.2.0, README-13.2.0.

and two orphans in
<http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/certified-asterisk/>
like 11 and 13.8 (or I do not understand the concept).
