[asterisk-dev] Asterisk 15 Beta Released

Seconded (obviously).  I don't think the version number matters for the LTS
(the Linux kernel had abandoned intrinsically special version numbers too),
but the LTS really does need to exist, for certain people to be amenable to
running a reasonably modern asterisk.
