[asterisk-dev] Re-open ASTERISK-25457

 Hi,
 
Can we please re-open issue ASTERISK-25457, the issue is still present in 13.7.0?
 
Previously I tried using SVN and it resolve the issue, the patch was supposed to be in 13.7.0 however music on hold is still not being played.
