This change adds PJSIP_AOR and PJSIP_CONTACT dialplan functions that allow inspection of AORs and contacts.

NOTE: This does not include the discussed functionality on the mailing list for correlating channels and contacts. Once that discussion is complete (and people are back) then it will be added in.
