[asterisk-dev] Need help to add ECT service based on ITU standard

Hi 

Asterisk support ECT service for pri link based on ETSI EN 300 369-1 
standard, ITU standard for ECT is Q.952.7 , they are similar but have 
minor difference in operation encoding.... 

Could someone please tell me which parts should be modified to add ITU 
ECT support to Asterisk?
