This test accompanies the changes made in /r/3344

This test configures an endpoint to receive unsolicited MWI for mailbox_a. The endpoint attempts to subscribe to an AOR that provides MWI for mailbox_a. Asterisk should respond to the SUBSCRIBE request with a 500.
