Description
-------

This test covers the following scenarios:
1. A local channel is originated with both ends in the Echo application. A second local channel redirects the first to an extension that hangs up immediately. CHANNELREDIRECT_STATUS should then return SUCCESS.
2. A local channel attempts to redirect a non-existent channel. CHANNELREDIRECT_STATUS should return NOCHANNEL.
