Changes the description of codec "ADPCM" to "Dialogic ADCPM".
I know it's nitpicking, but it took me almost 2 hours until I figured out what is meant exactly by the codec named ADPCM by Asterisk as ADPCM is a method applied a several codecs

Also changed (non-working) link to the documentation to wikipedia.
