No, unfortunately RFC 4662 makes no mention of this. Section 4.4 (RLS Processing of SUBSCRIBE Requests) is an entire paragraph and only talks about authentication of the request. The word "response" only appears in the RFC 5 times. The only response that is explicitly mentioned is the 421 response if attempting to subscribe to a list but "Supported: eventlist" is not in the incoming SUBSCRIBE.
