Actually the CLI command allows you to specify subtype and message as well in a comma separated list, so I will just add it as such.

Since this is actually specifying the regex escaping the quotes works fine.  Also I couldn't use '"' as it would then translate the '&' to '&' while attempting to match and then raise an error on mismatch since it was expecting '"' and not '&quot;'.  Might be able to escape the '&', but that puts us back to where we started :-)
