[asterisk-dev] Virtual Hold

Hello All,

I'm new to Asterisk and I have been given the task to develop a virtual hold feature. Any advice on what modules or concepts I should familiarize myself with.

My virtual Hold needs to be able to do accept dtmf while on hold to get user input and be able to call a user back later on. 

Looking for any advice or just a general direction to start.
