It would appear that you are trying to use a version of app_mp4.c that 
is intended to be used on a newer version of Asterisk than the version 
of Asterisk you are using. Check the documentation from wherever you got 
app_mp4.c to find out what version of Asterisk it is intended to be used 
with.

Also, since app_mp4.c is not distributed as part of the Asterisk 
project, you'd be better off asking the creators/maintainers of that app 
for help with it instead of this list.
