Olle,

Thanks for your reply.
It seems most SIP header from incoming message will be also included in
outgoing message. 
So the default action is to keep them? Is there any option configure this?

Asterisk never FORWARDS a sip message, so the way to do this is NOT to add
the header on the outbound call.
