Asterisk 1.8.20.0. This release candidate is available for immediate

The release of Asterisk 1.8.20.0-rc2 resolves several issues reported by the
community and would have not been possible without your participation.

The following are the issues resolved in this release candidate:

* --- Resolve crashes due to large stack allocations when using TCP
  (Issue ASTERISK-20658. Reported by wdoekes, Brandon Edwards)

* --- Prevent exhaustion of system resources through exploitation of
      event cache
  (Issue ASTERISK-20175. Reported by Russell Bryant, Leif Madsen, Joshua Colp)
