sipng, like iax2, would be a confusing name in years to come. In that
sense "gulp" is better. I'm not sure about pjsip. I suspect a namespace
clash.

"Gulp" was not intuitive for me, as a non-native English speaker, but it
keeps the naming convention of Jingle.
