Good morning,

We're looking to offer a bounty for the resolution of https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-21228. Unfortunately it's becoming a large issue for us and is starting to cost customers. We've done everything we can to reduce how often it occurs but unfortunately we are still experiencing between 4 and 10 deadlocks a day during a busy day. We do not have any asterisk or c developers in-house - we have primarily web developers. Willing to offer $600 CAD for quick resolution. Feel free to contact me if you need any additional information.
