besides being sure it compiles on several platforms, I haven't been able 
to test 11 since all of my installations rely heavily on swift.

any chance someone can hook https://github.com/dmsessions/app_swift for 
asterisk 11 ?

I tried adding appropriate AST_VER_11 where i saw AST_VER_10 but there 
are still too many errors.
