I never said put on hold. I suggested that the implementation, based on 
the documentation provided, added what I would consider unexpected 
behaviour by the administrator of the system. Requiring a configuration 
change when a prompt is modified I don't think has precedent.

If you didn't want to push the issue forward based on my suggestions, 
and other developers didn't feel my suggestion warranted a change in 
behaviour prior to commitment, then there is nothing I could (or would) 
do to stop that. I'm certainly not the stakeholder that has any final 
say. I simply speak for myself, not the development team.
