The Asterisk Development Team has announced the second release candidate of
Asterisk 10.3.0. This release candidate is available for immediate download at

The release of Asterisk 10.3.0-rc2 resolves several issues reported by the
community and would have not been possible without your participation.

The following is a sample of the issues resolved in this release candidate:
 
* --- Fix voicemail problems when using Ogg Vorbis ---
  (Closes issue ASTERISK-16926. Reported, patched by sque)

* --- Fix crash in chan_ooh323 caused by improper call to manager_event ---
  (Closes issue ASTERISK-19298. Reported by robinfood, patched by may213)
 
* --- Pass the correct value to ast_timer_set_rate for IAX2 trunking ---
  (Reported, patched by Sean Bright, Bob Wienholt)

* --- Allow SRTP policies to be reloaded in res_srtp ---
  (Closes issue ASTERISK-19253. Reported by Thomas Arimont)

* --- Add reload support to res_fax.so ---
