As Kinsey pointed out, this patch would need to be rewritten to be compatible with ConfBridge in Asterisk 10 and later.  Since this hasn't had any attention in the past 9 months, I'm going to close it out.  If the author, or someone else, would like to take the intent of this patch and rewrite it for trunk, a new review can be opened.
