Already above this block of code is the following:

if (a->argc < 3)
    return CLI_USAGE;

At the moment, there is no command that I'm aware of to stop all mixmonitors on every channel, which is what I would guess would be implied by "mixmonitor stop" without a third argument.

Just about ready to post the next diff.
