[asterisk-dev] The ABS(X) function should be included in either MATH or $[]. Currently, there is no way to achieve that result in one single step.

I am not a developer, but since MATH() only job is to provide a
conduct to regular C math functions, maybe somebody can take the
challenge?
I offer no bounty for it, but it is a kind of obvious function to include.
