This is a known issue, see
https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-16640. Sadly, nobody
seems to care about ConfBridge in 1.8, so it is still unfixed.
Asterisk 10 has a rewritten ConfBridge which does not seem to have this
issue, so we will probably switch from 1.6 (with app_konference) to 10 soon.
