Changes

Sync with latest trunk, added Richard's changes to ss7_27_knk branch and fixed the group range limit for ANSI.
The message loop and the unexpected second GRA for ANSI is fixed in libss7.
Patch against ss7_27_knk branch (SS7-27_dahdi_27_v4.diff) and for libss7 (SS7-27_libss7_trunk2_v2.diff) are attached to the issue.
