[asterisk-dev] link asterisk to dmalloc

Hello,

I hope this is the right list for this question.  I am trying to debug a
segmentation fault in the res_pktcops module.  In some point there is a
free of an invalid pointer, so I want to search the source of this problem
using dmalloc library.  I was hoping someone would point me out how to
achieve this, I took a look at the Makefiles but I cant figure out where to
add this library.
