[asterisk-dev] Repotools Update

Hey everyone -

As a head's up, due to the branching of Asterisk 11 and the release
of the first beta, the repotools repository has been updated to support
merging from the Asterisk 10 branch to the Asterisk 11 branch, and the
Asterisk 11 branch to trunk.

Please update and re-run make.
