This failure occurred due to the way the test is written - 5 simultaneous calls, on some of our test systems, results in too much context switching and some of the calls take significantly longer to reach certain points then in other runs.  At this point, I need to spend some time making this test (and one or two others) use the Test Event Manager events, as opposed to set delays.
