you could be right paul but then the last message would be an invite or
something like this but not a REGISTER. it could be an attack but these
register message should disappear after some time (normal 32 seconds).

if they dont do it then it could be a problem.

btw in my load tests even with 20.000 registered peers i dont see more
than 1000 concurrent sip channels and most of them are only OPTIONS and
not REGISTER.
